How enquiries, quotations, bookings and service conditions work at Huajiao.
Our role and contact
The website is operated by 广州华教咨询有限公司, Guangzhou, China. Contact infos@huajiaoconsulting.com or WhatsApp +86 130 5917 3498. We provide information and coordinate education, training and other projects within the scope agreed in writing.
Enquiries are not reservations
Sending an enquiry is free and does not create a paid contract, reserve a place or confirm an institutional appointment. Program availability, eligibility, deadlines and institutional decisions must be checked for your specific case. Published institutional prices are distinct from Huajiao service fees.
A written proposal before commitment
Before you accept a paid service, the proposal must identify the provider, participant profile, confirmed program or project, schedule, modules or deliverables, teaching language, inclusions and exclusions, certificate issuer and award conditions where relevant, total price and currency, Huajiao fees, third-party charges, payment schedule and cancellation/refund rules. Ask for clarification of anything missing before accepting or paying.
Automotive training groups
The current automotive training brief is for one month and participants aged 18 or above, with English/French arrangements, on-campus accommodation and a completion certificate. There is no fixed intake: a session can be organised once at least 20 participants form a group. The start date is agreed with the group and institution. A confirmed written proposal must specify the remaining details before booking or payment.
Payments
There is no online checkout or card collection on this website. Pay only against a verified written proposal or invoice using the payment instructions confirmed by Huajiao. Do not send payment credentials through the enquiry form. Payment dates, instalments, bank charges and any deposit are set out in the applicable proposal; no general deposit amount is established by this website.
Cancellation, postponement and refunds
Request cancellation or a date change in writing at infos@huajiaoconsulting.com, quoting your proposal reference. The service-specific terms must explain the notice required, any agreed costs already incurred, institution or third-party rules, refundable amounts, calculation method and repayment timing before payment. If a group minimum is not reached or Huajiao or a provider cannot deliver, the proposal must describe the postponement, alternative or refund options. This website does not impose a blanket non-refundable fee or remove mandatory consumer rights. A refusal of admission or a visa does not itself establish a refund amount: consult the agreed terms and applicable rights.
Institutional decisions and recognition
Universities, scholarship bodies and authorities make their own decisions. Admission, scholarships, visas, jobs and recognition of a certificate are not guaranteed. University names and logos identify institutions discussed in our academic network; they do not by themselves prove an exclusive agency appointment or a signed partnership.
Questions, complaints and applicable rights
For a service issue, contact infos@huajiaoconsulting.com with your reference and the outcome sought. We review it with the relevant provider where needed. These website terms do not replace the signed service agreement or exclude rights that applicable law makes mandatory. Any service-specific governing law and dispute arrangements must be stated in the agreement.
