Studies & Admissions
What study levels can I discuss with Huajiao?
Chinese language study, undergraduate and postgraduate pathways, including research, and vocational education. Availability depends on the institution, program and intake.
Can I apply without speaking Chinese?
Some programs are taught in English; Chinese-taught programs may require HSK evidence. Check the exact program. A spring language course may also require prior Chinese knowledge.
What is CSCA, and do I need it?
CSCA is an assessment used for undergraduate admission. Required subjects, submission deadlines and any exemptions must be checked against the university’s current rules for your program. Do not assume the same requirement applies to language courses or master’s programs.
Does meeting the minimum requirements guarantee admission?
No. The university makes the final decision and may assess academic results, language, interviews, capacity and other stated criteria.
Can I transfer to a Chinese university?
Only where an institution explicitly offers entry with previous university study. Language, completed study, credit recognition and entry level must be checked; a transfer route is not the same as first-year entry.
Scholarships & Costs
Are scholarships guaranteed?
No. Eligibility to apply is not an award. Funding decisions, coverage and renewal conditions belong to the university or funding organisation.
Does a scholarship cover every expense?
Not necessarily. Check tuition, accommodation, insurance and allowances individually, plus travel and other remaining costs. Do not budget around funding that has not been awarded in writing.
Are university fees the same as Huajiao’s fees?
No. Published university charges are separate from Huajiao’s service fees. A written quotation should distinguish each item, the currency, period covered and exclusions.
How do I request a quotation?
Send your study or training objective, intended dates, profile and budget range through the approved contact channels. We clarify the scope before a written quotation. Do not pay on the basis of an informal price alone.
What happens if I cancel or am not admitted?
The written terms for the specific service and institution determine cancellation and refund conditions. Request them before paying; university application fees and Huajiao service fees may have different rules.
Training & Certificates
Can an organisation request group training?
Yes, you can discuss a project. Provide participant numbers, prior experience, skills objectives, language and preferred timing. Host, content and commercial terms require confirmation.
What are the one-month automotive program’s basic terms?
The program brief specifies age 18 and above, English/French, on-campus accommodation and a completion certificate, with pricing on request. There is no fixed intake date: a session can be organised once at least 20 participants form a group, with the start date agreed with the group and institution. Detailed modules and the certificate issuer remain to be confirmed.
Are certificates internationally recognised?
Recognition cannot be assumed. Confirm the issuer, award conditions and the document’s purpose, then check any recognition requirements with the relevant authority or employer.
Are accommodation, meals and travel always included?
No. Check the specific written proposal. Only on-campus accommodation has been confirmed as included for the current automotive brief; no other inclusion should be assumed.
China Visits & Arrival
Does Huajiao issue visas?
No. The competent authorities decide on visas. The documents and process depend on the purpose of travel and your place of application. Admission or an invitation is not a visa guarantee.
Is airport pickup automatically included?
No. Airport arrival assistance or transfers must be explicitly confirmed, including contact, location, timing and any cost.
Can you arrange an institutional visit or delegation?
You can submit a project brief. Meetings and site access depend on host acceptance. A proposed itinerary is not a confirmed appointment or partnership.
Is accommodation guaranteed?
Do not assume availability from a listed price. Obtain confirmation of allocation, room type, dates and payment terms from the responsible institution or agreed provider.

Should I send my passport through the public form?
No. Start with a brief, non-sensitive description of your project. An appropriate secure document channel must be agreed if an application needs supporting records.
How current are the program updates?
Each update shows its verification date, source and deadline when known. The editorial plan is weekly review; a new seat or extension must still be confirmed by the institution. A listed notice does not guarantee a remaining place.
Does being listed in the academic network mean guaranteed admission?
No. A directory listing does not waive a university’s selection criteria, establish an endorsement or guarantee a scholarship or place.
Does Huajiao currently offer jobs or candidate matching?
The talent network is in development. An expression of interest is not an application to a specific job or an offer of employment.
