Define the outcome
Choose your intended level: language study, undergraduate, postgraduate or a practical professional pathway. Start with what you want to learn and how it supports your next step.
Write down your preferred subjects, teaching language and target intake. Separate essential requirements from preferences such as city or campus size.
Build a realistic shortlist
Compare specific programs rather than university names alone. Check the current admissions page for academic prerequisites, language evidence, duration and application instructions.
Prepare a complete budget covering tuition, accommodation, daily living, insurance, travel and any separately agreed service fees. Treat unconfirmed scholarship funding as uncertain.
Prepare the first conversation
Bring a short project outline: nationality and country of residence, previous qualification, intended subject, language level, intake and budget range. Do not send sensitive documents through the public enquiry form.
